Härifrån (From here) is the brainchild of Swedish master chef Anders Johnsson. We art directed and designed the 360 page book filled with Anders philosophy on sustainable cooking, including lengthy features of the eight different farmers behind all local produce the recipes is based upon. The recipes are divided into the five seasons of spring, summer, late summer, autumn and winter. The book has been rewarded ”Best meal literature, all categories” in Sweden 2021 by Måltidsakademien (Swedish Meal Academy) and Silver in the category ”Best Debut” by the leading international meal literature awards, Gourmand Awards 2021.
